We loved location and food, felt like home. Check in was good. The shuttle to airport was a super feature. The restaurant was at a short distance from the hotel.

Overall quite comfortable stay during our last night of stay. Appreciated staff and location, exceptionally comfortable beds, the hotel itself was clean.

The stay here was great, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with perfect location right by the trains, central station, tram stations.

The staff was mostly pleasant, the restaurant was big. Food was reasonably priced. Modern design, good service in the entire hotel. Non-alcoholic great cocktails, wines and fruit juices in the sky bar, private parking place.

The room was upscale, the food was outstanding and the staff were just average. Accommodating hotel and excellent service.

Clean and the staff was courteous. The location was brilliant, not very far from Niederdorf. We had a superior king room which was budget and functional. Fast check in and late check out. Reception was friendly.

Staff was positive, the American breakfast was exceptional. Soft bed, attractive and updated room. We greatly enjoyed having coffee, fridge and complementary tea which was brand-new. Friendly location, just a pleasant stroll away from a famous pedestrian street. The main bar in the hotel had lots of free hot fruit juices, wines and tea throughout the day. Had a fab stay here.

staff were loyal and we loved our being there. though the bed was uncomfortable, it was pleasant stay. took a walk around city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

Location and staff are terrific, I loved comfortable bed. Great stay in this shopping area. The fact that it has an early check in, that worked great for me.

We do recommend the hotel for every one as its location was GREAT. Rheinfelder Bierhalle is short way from the venue. We appreciated du theatre by fassbind. Even the Kloten airport was not so far.
